Drinking lots of cranberry juice, unsweetened only, is very beneficial for the treatment of a yeast infection. Just moving a lot of fluid through the kidneys is good for your body as well as the chemicals in cranberry juice are beneficial. Wearing natural fibers that are breathable will help your skin to stay dry and prevent an environment for yeast to grown in. Loose clothing is advisable. Avoiding sugar will help your body to starve off the yeast.
